Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Blueberries
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Place KetoCal LQ, blueberries, a big squirt of sweetener and 4 ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend for approximately 1 min (or until mixture is smooth).
