Cheese and Mushroom Scrambled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
 g Oil, olive
 g Water, distilled
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Tomatoes, standard, raw

Directions:

  1. make milk - 15g ketocal +30ml milk 
  2. Add olive oil to a frying pan and heat gently.
  3. Beat the remaining ingredients together.
  4. Add the mixture to the pan and whisk gently until the mixture is cooked through and a scrambled consistency is achieved.
