Lamb Casserole

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lamb mince 20% fat (Tesco) (HCP added*)
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Oil, olive
 ml Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes (HCP added*)

Directions:

Fry lamb
Stir in tinned tomatoes and simmer for 30 mins
Boil carrots and then add to lamb with cream and cheese
