Cinnamon and blueberry toast

Description: Toast for breakfast with peanut butter.

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Butter, salted
 g Blueberries
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
 g Peanut butter, wholegrain

Directions:

1.Preheat oven to 170C/gas mark 3.2.Mix KetoCal with cream, baking powder, egg, sweetener and some water in a bowl. 3.Melt 10g of butter and add to mixture. 4.Chop the blueberries into small pieces, and add to mixture with the cinnamon. 5.Place mixture on sheet of baking powder. 6.Spread out thinly in 6'' square. 7.Cook for 8 mins or until golden brown. 8.Spread the peanut butter on the toast before serving.
