Ingredients:
 g Butter, salted
 g Cocoa powder
 ml Cream, double, Avonmore (HCP added*)
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160C/gas mark 3.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture into a greaseproof dish, place dish in a shadow tray of water and bake for 15 mins.
