turkey haslet/ scotch egg

Description:
easy to make
great in a lunch box or buffet and great for a birthday party.

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Bacon rashers, back, raw
 g Turkey, mince, stewed
 g Oil, olive
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Eggs, quail, whole, raw
 g Carrots, young, raw

Directions:


1 finely chop spring onion, mushroom and bacon and add to the minced turkey add 15g of olive oil and the beaten egg, mix to combine.
2.mix in the ketocal powder.
3 hard boil the quails eggs, cool then peel.
4 divide the turkey into 2 and wrap around the quails egg,
5 fry in the remaining olive oil over a med low heat turning till fully cooked,
6 you can bake these in the oven 170oc for 10/15 minuets 
7. serve with the grated carrots.
