Sausage & Cauliflower Mash

Description: Sausage with cauliflower mash and stockpot gravy

Ingredients:
 g Pork Sausages, Tesco finest british (HCP added*)
 g Cauliflower, raw
 ml Calogen Neutral
 g Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot (HCP added*)
 g Oil, walnut
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

Cook sausage till brown.
Boil cauliflower and mash with Calogen and oil
Mix stockpot with boiled water and serve over sausage & mash.
