Description: custard using Ketocal powder

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Water, distilled
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Custard powder
 g Water, distilled
 g Butter, salted

Directions:


MIx 14 grams of Ketocal 4:1 powder with 86 ml of water to make ketocal milk.
Add butter to the pan and add ketocal milk and double cream and warm up but do not boil.  Mix custard with 25 ml of hot water.  Add to pan and stir while thickens but do not boil.
