Cauliflower Pizza Base - Recipe is for 1 slice but I made it to make 6 portions

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Oregano, dried, ground
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Tomato Puree (GIA) - sun dried (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Cauliflower, raw

Directions:


Blitz cauliflower, microwave 3 mins, squeeze out excess water, mix in oregano, egg, ketocal and cheese.

Bake 10 mins
Cut into portions of equal size.
Spread the tomato puree on and the cheese then bake for further 6 minutes.
Serve with a good portion of mayo (mix olive oil in with mayo or drizzle on top of pizza - can use garlic/basil infused oil if likes strong flavours)
