Mackerel pate

INGREDIENTS:**
g Mackerel, flesh only, smoked
ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
g Waitrose Extra thick double cream (HCP added*)
g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
g Lemon juice, fresh
Directions:
Flake the mackerel up with a fork and then mix with the cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise, add the lemon juice and mix until combined. Slice the cucumber into rounds and serve with the pate spooned on top of the cucumber.
