banana and custard puree

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Milk, whole, pasteurised, average
 g Custard powder
 g Bananas, flesh only
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted

Directions:


1 mix the custard powder with a little of the milk to form a paste.
2 add the rest of the milk and microwave until thickened.
3 add the cream, ketocal powder, 
4 mash or process the banana to a smooth puree, 
5 add the banana to the custard, you can use this hot or cold,
